Creates a new agricultural purchase program at the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) to award grants to food assistance organizations for purchasing Wisconsin-made or Wisconsin-grown food products

Eligible grant recipients include nonprofit food banks, nonprofit food pantries, other nonprofit organizations, and local food distributors

Appropriates $30,000,000 in general purpose revenue (GPR) for fiscal year 2025-26 as a continuing appropriation for the program

Adds 2.0 FTE GPR positions at DATCP: one program specialist and one grants specialist to administer the program

Takes effect the day after publication or the 2nd day after publication of the 2025 biennial budget act, whichever is later
