Eliminates the $325 per pupil adjustment in the school district revenue limit formula beginning with the 2027-28 school year

Current law allows school districts to increase revenue per pupil by $325 annually through 2425, which was upheld in LeMieux v. Evers, 2025 WI 12

Limits the $325 per pupil adjustment to only the 2023-24 through 2026-27 school years

Results in no per pupil adjustment to school district revenue limits for 2027-28 and all subsequent school years

Takes effect on January 1, 2027
