Creates a Task Force on Missing and Murdered African American Women and Girls to be established by the Attorney General within 45 days of the bill's effective date

Task force membership includes 2 state senators, 2 assembly members, law enforcement representatives, prosecutors, a coroner or DHS representative, and representatives from organizations serving African American women and girls, including a survivor of gender violence

Requires examination of systemic causes of violence against African American women and girls, data collection methods, institutional policies affecting investigations and prosecutions, and measures to reduce violence and support victims

Task force must submit a report with recommendations to legislative standing committees by December 15, 2026, and terminates upon report submission or January 1, 2027, whichever is earlier

Appropriates $80,200 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $99,500 in fiscal year 2026-27 to fund 1.0 FTE GPR project position at DOJ to staff the task force
