Instruction must cover how stopping requirements vary based on highway configuration (e.g., divided vs. undivided roads)

Applies to three types of driver education programs: school district courses (overseen by Department of Public Instruction), technical college courses (overseen by Technical College System Board), and private driver schools (licensed by Department of Transportation)

Requirements take effect for driver education courses that begin on or after the bill's effective date
