Expands Wisconsin's "move over" law to include disabled vehicles, not just emergency or roadside service vehicles, when parked or standing on or within 12 feet of a roadway

Defines "disabled vehicle" as a stopped motor vehicle displaying warning/hazard lights, with emergency flares or warning devices nearby, or with one or more persons visibly attending it

Requires approaching drivers to either move into a lane not nearest the stopped vehicle (on multi-lane roads where safe) or reduce speed and maintain safe speed until completely past the vehicle

Enacted December 9, 2025, with effective date of December 11, 2025 (day after publication)
