Expands student teaching options by allowing teacher preparatory programs to be approved if students complete full-day student teaching for a full summer session, in addition to the existing full semester option

Applies the summer session alternative to both in-state teacher preparatory programs and out-of-state applicants seeking Wisconsin teaching licenses

Student teaching must follow the daily schedule and calendar of the cooperating elementary or secondary school

Amends Wisconsin statute 118.19 (3) (a) governing public school teaching license requirements
