Amends Wisconsin statute 341.25(1)(gm) to update terminology from "modular housing unit" to "modular home, manufactured home" for trailer registration purposes

Trailers or temporary undercarriages used solely for transporting modular homes, manufactured homes, or other portable buildings for human occupancy may operate on Wisconsin highways without individual registration if displaying a valid transporter plate

Registration fees are based on the maximum combined gross weight of the building and trailer or temporary undercarriage

Transporter registration plates are valid only for the calendar year in which issued and may be used on any trailer or temporary undercarriage owned by the same person for transporting such structures
