Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) must establish a grant program to reimburse multifamily housing owners for costs of converting properties to condominiums, including attorney fees, permitting fees, and other conversion-related expenses

Maximum grant amount is $50,000 per parcel of land, with up to $10,000,000 total available from the main street housing rehabilitation revolving loan fund

WHEDA must market the grant program and submit annual reports to the Joint Committee on Finance and legislative housing committees

Reports must include grant date, amount, property owner identification, project description, and jurisdiction location for each grant awarded

Reporting requirements first apply to reports made on August 2, 2026
