Creates an exception to county public work contracting requirements under section 59.52(29) of Wisconsin statutes

Exempts the purchase of used mobile homes and park model homes from competitive bidding and public notice requirements

Applies specifically when counties purchase these homes to provide housing for persons on supervised release under s. 980.08 (sexually violent persons)

Adds new subsection 59.52(29m) to Wisconsin statutes
