Raises the age threshold for automatic Missing Child Alert eligibility from under 10 years old to under 12 years old

Missing children ages 10-11 would now qualify for alerts without needing to demonstrate a physical or mental condition preventing them from returning home

Missing minors ages 12-17 remain eligible only if believed incapable of returning home due to a physical or mental condition or disability

Amends Wisconsin statute 175.51 (1m) (a) 2. governing the Department of Justice's Missing Child Alert system

Does not affect eligibility criteria for Amber Alerts, Green Alerts, or Silver Alerts
