Repeals Wisconsin statute 66.0134 and 947.21, which currently prohibit state and local governments from enacting labor regulations

Removes restrictions that prevent governments from requiring acceptance of collective bargaining provisions under state labor laws or the federal National Labor Relations Act

Allows state and local governments to impose labor-related requirements through statutes, ordinances, policies, regulations, contracts, zoning, permitting, or licensing conditions
