Eliminates the provision allowing pupils to continue participating in parental choice programs (Milwaukee, Racine, and Wisconsin) if their family income increases above the maximum threshold

Requires annual family income verification through the Department of Revenue for all parental choice program participants, removing the exemption for pupils who attended a private school under the program in the previous year

Maintains existing income eligibility limits: 300% of federal poverty level for Milwaukee and Racine programs, 220% of federal poverty level for the statewide Wisconsin Parental Choice Program

Applies to applications for the 2026-27 school year and thereafter
