Requires all public high schools in Wisconsin to serve as voter registration sites for enrolled students and staff members, reinstating provisions repealed by 2011 Wisconsin Act 240

Municipal clerks and school boards must jointly appoint at least one qualified voter at each public high school as a special school registration deputy to process registrations

Students who are 17 but will turn 18 before the next election can complete registration forms, which must be filed so they are automatically registered when they reach voting age

Private high school and tribal school principals may request a special school registration deputy if the school has a substantial number of students residing in the municipality

Registration is available on any day classes are regularly held, and clerks must notify registrants if their forms are rejected and provide the reason for rejection
