All election officials in Wisconsin, including municipal clerks, inspectors, special voting deputies, and election registration officials, must complete one hour of training on voter accessibility

Training ensures compliance with existing laws requiring polling places be accessible to voters with disabilities and allowing voters with disabilities to receive ballot-marking assistance

The one-hour accessibility training requirement is in addition to current training requirements already mandated for election officials

The Wisconsin Elections Commission must first provide the accessibility training before the 2027 spring election

Amends statutes 7.15(1)(e), 7.30(2)(c), and creates new sections 7.31(6) and 7.315(5)
