Requires the Department of Natural Resources to establish and administer chronic wasting disease sampling stations, including self-service kiosks, where hunters can drop off deer carcass parts for testing

Appropriates $1,000,000 for the program during the 2025-27 fiscal biennium ($500,000 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2026-27)

Authorizes DNR to contract with private entities to conduct the sampling and pay them on a per-sample basis

Codifies into state statute an existing DNR program for chronic wasting disease testing in wild deer and elk (cervids)
