Expands Wisconsin's existing Class H felony for disarming peace officers to also cover correctional officers and juvenile correctional officers acting in their official capacity

Defines "correctional officer" as state or local government employees whose principal duties are supervising and disciplining inmates, plus juvenile correctional officers

Broadens the scope of prohibited items beyond dangerous weapons and chemical agents to include official duty items such as radios, keys, and other equipment used by correctional officers

Applies to items the officer is carrying or within their immediate presence, and requires the taking to be intentional and without consent
