Adds chiropractors to the list of practitioners authorized to perform required physical examinations for school employees who have contact with children or handle food for children

Current law already permits physicians, naturopathic doctors, physician assistants, and advanced practice nurse prescribers to conduct these examinations

Amends Wisconsin statute 118.25 (1)(a) to expand the definition of "practitioner" to include chiropractors licensed in any state

School boards require these physical examinations as a condition of employment, including tuberculosis screening questionnaires and testing if indicated
