State and local government officials, employees, and law enforcement officers are prohibited from aiding in the detention of individuals solely based on alleged unlawful immigration status at public buildings, schools, places of worship, child care facilities, and healthcare facilities

Employees or persons at protected locations cannot be required to provide facility access or assist federal officials with immigration-related detentions unless presented with a properly executed judicial warrant

State agencies are prohibited from expending any funds to aid in detaining individuals in Wisconsin solely based on alleged unlawful immigration status

The prohibition does not prevent state or local officials from complying with properly executed judicial warrants requiring access to facilities
