Maintains the existing definition of regulated bingo as a game of chance using 75 numbered objects, cards with 5x5 grids (numbers 1-75 plus a free center space), and predetermined winning arrangements

Effectively exempts free-to-play bingo games with donated prizes from bingo licensing and regulatory requirements under Chapter 563
