Expands the definition of "examination costs" for sexual assault forensic examinations to include HIV prophylaxis (such as PEP) when the examining provider believes HIV exposure could result from the sex offense

Health care providers can apply to the Department of Justice for reimbursement of these HIV prevention costs as part of the existing sexual assault examination compensation program

Requires applicants seeking reimbursement to submit medical records pertaining to any prophylaxis provided or prescribed during the examination

Amends Wisconsin Statutes sections 949.20(3) and 949.24(3) to add HIV prophylaxis coverage alongside existing coverage for STD testing, prevention procedures, and treatment medications
