Expands from 30 calendar days to 10 weeks the timeframe in which claimants can quit unsuitable work and still remain eligible for UI benefits

Allows employees to quit their job and remain eligible for UI benefits when relocating with a spouse required to move by any employer, not just the U.S. armed forces

Takes effect on the first Sunday of the 2nd month after publication
