Expands naturopathic doctors' scope of practice to allow prescribing, dispensing, and administering prescription drugs, but prohibits prescribing Schedule I or II controlled substances

Requires naturopathic doctors to maintain malpractice liability insurance at levels specified for health care providers under s. 655.23(4), with exemptions for government employees acting within their duties

Authorizes naturopathic doctors to provide expedited partner therapy for patients diagnosed with chlamydia, gonorrhea, or trichomoniasis, including prescribing antimicrobial drugs to sexual partners

Adds naturopathic doctors to existing exemptions allowing health care practitioners to purchase more than 7.5 grams of pseudoephedrine within a 30-day period

Takes effect 30 days after publication; changes to prescribing authority and malpractice insurance requirements do not apply to limited-scope naturopathic doctors
