Appropriates $500,000 per year for the 2025-27 fiscal biennium ($1 million total) to the UW Missing-in-Action Recovery and Identification Project for missions to recover and identify Wisconsin veterans who are missing in action

Requires the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System to provide the funding to the MIA Recovery Project

Mandates the MIA Recovery Project submit a report on mission findings and an accounting of expenditures at the conclusion of each funded mission

Reports must be submitted to the Board of Regents, Joint Committee on Finance, legislative veterans committees, the Governor, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Department of Military Affairs
