Increases the maximum annual compensation threshold for volunteer firefighters, emergency medical services practitioners, and emergency medical responders to simultaneously hold elective office in their city, village, or town

Raises the compensation limit from $25,000 to $35,000 (including fringe benefits) for municipalities with a population of 5,000 or less

Raises the compensation limit from $15,000 to $25,000 (including fringe benefits) for municipalities with a population of more than 5,000

Amends Wisconsin statute 66.0501(4)(a) governing the doctrine of compatibility, which generally prevents one person from holding two potentially conflicting public offices
