Amends Wisconsin statute 343.303 to allow law enforcement officers to request oral fluid samples in addition to breath samples for preliminary OWI screening tests

Officers may request breath, oral fluids, or both when they have probable cause to believe a person is operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated or has detectable controlled substances

Preliminary screening test results remain limited in admissibility—usable only to establish probable cause for arrest or to justify requiring additional chemical tests under s. 343.305(3)

Testing devices must be approved by the Department of Transportation for this purpose
