Telecommunications providers are prohibited from purchasing, renting, leasing, obtaining, or maintaining critical telecommunications infrastructure containing equipment manufactured by foreign adversaries (China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Venezuela) or equipment on the FCC's prohibited list

Existing foreign adversary equipment must be removed from critical telecommunications infrastructure in accordance with the federal "rip and replace" program under 47 USC 1601

Providers must annually certify compliance to the Public Service Commission by January 15, and those with prohibited equipment must report geographic coordinates, coverage areas, and replacement plans

The PSC must create and publish a public map showing locations of prohibited equipment and affected service coverage areas throughout Wisconsin

The PSC must submit an annual written report containing the map to the governor, legislative leaders, and appropriate standing committees by February 15
