Requires physicians prescribing abortion-inducing drugs to schedule a follow-up visit within 7 days and provide patients with a catch kit and medical waste bag for collecting and returning pathological waste to the physician's office

Makes manufacturers of abortion-inducing drugs responsible for proper disposal and mitigation of endocrine disruptors (chemicals that interfere with human hormones) released from improper disposal, including from pathological waste

Subjects manufacturers to Wisconsin's "spills law" (Chapter 292) if endocrine disruptors from improper disposal are detected in wastewater, requiring notification to DNR, environmental restoration, and minimizing harmful effects

Requires the Department of Natural Resources to mandate regular testing for endocrine disruptors at wastewater treatment plants and authorizes DNR to assist operators in developing testing capacity

Establishes penalties including up to $20,000 per violation for manufacturers and maintains Class I felony penalties for violations of prescription requirements (effective May 1, 2026)
