Department of Administration must establish an online clearinghouse of information for small businesses in Wisconsin

DOA must coordinate with Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority, Departments of Workforce Development and Revenue, local governments, and local economic development organizations

Clearinghouse must include bidding opportunities for state and local government contracts and information on public and private economic development programs

Required content includes courses of instruction, networking opportunities, and events encouraging small business establishment, development, and expansion

Must publish requirements for small businesses to obtain licenses, permits, and authorizations, as well as tax, fee, and assessment obligations from state and local governments
