Requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to annually adjust the reimbursement amount on July 1 based on changes to the U.S. consumer price index

Expands eligibility for military funeral honors to include Hmong persons naturalized under the federal Hmong Veterans' Naturalization Act of 2000 who were Wisconsin residents at death

Qualifying Hmong veterans include those admitted as refugees from Laos who served with special guerrilla units or irregular forces supporting the U.S. military between February 28, 1961 and September 18, 1978
