Requires the Department of Justice to collect data on all criminal cases filed in circuit courts, including county of filing, assigned prosecutor, assigned court official, criminal charges filed, original arrest charges, dismissals, and convictions

Mandates creation of an interactive public dashboard on the DOJ website displaying collected criminal case data, with personally identifying defendant information excluded

Requires annual submission of a summary report on collected criminal case data to appropriate legislative standing committees

Takes effect January 1, 2026
