Creates a new Class H felony for using an absentee ballot drop box, U.S. mail, or commercial carrier to commit election fraud under section 12.13 of Wisconsin statutes

Class H felony carries penalties of up to $10,000 fine, up to 6 years imprisonment, or both

Increases penalties above current election fraud maximum (Class I felony: up to $10,000 fine, up to 3 years 6 months imprisonment)
