DACA recipients with unexpired deferred action status and valid employment authorization documents would become eligible for Wisconsin occupational licenses, certificates, permits, and registrations

Credentials issued under this provision would only remain valid for the duration of the individual's federal employment authorization document

Issuing authorities must verify employment authorization through the federal SAVE program (Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements) before granting credentials

Individuals whose employment authorization is withdrawn must immediately stop practicing and notify the issuing authority

The provision only applies to individuals who received DACA status before the bill's effective date and does not grant eligibility for any other public benefits
