Ratifies the tentative collective bargaining agreement for fiscal year 2025-26 between the State of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin State Building Trades Negotiating Committee covering building trades crafts employees

Authorizes expenditure of funds necessary to implement the agreement from appropriations under s. 20.865 (1)

Requires the administrator of the Division of Personnel Management to file an official copy of the agreement, certified by cochairpersons of the Joint Committee on Employment Relations, with the Secretary of State

Takes effect the day after publication, with specific provisions effective on dates identified in the underlying agreement

Only provisions included in the official filed copy are deemed approved by the legislature; informal or separate agreements between parties are excluded
