Prohibits prosecution or juvenile delinquency adjudication of individuals under age 18 for committing acts of prostitution, which is currently a Class A misdemeanor

Eliminates the court's discretion to enter consent decrees or deferred prosecution agreements for minors in prostitution cases, as these alternatives become unnecessary under the full prosecution ban

Removes prostitution (s. 944.30 (1m)) from the list of offenses requiring juveniles to submit DNA biological specimens to state crime laboratories

Preserves the ability for individuals previously convicted or adjudicated delinquent under the old law to petition courts to vacate convictions or expunge records

Applies only to violations committed on or after the effective date of the act
