Portal must display names of license holders currently under investigation by DPI and the outcome of each investigation

Investigations terminated due to voluntary license surrender during the investigation must be disclosed in the portal

Names of individuals whose licenses are revoked by DPI must be included in the portal

Expands current law, which only requires posting names of those under investigation and those with revoked licenses, to include investigation outcomes and voluntary surrenders
