Directs the Department of Health Services to award a one-time $600,000 grant in fiscal year 2026-27 to the Wisconsin Health Information Organization (WHIO) to establish an online dashboard of health care claims information and onboard new payer data

Increases DHS appropriations by $1,380,000 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $1,560,000 in fiscal year 2026-27 to support WHIO's increased operational costs

Total funding increase of $3,540,000 across the two fiscal years ($2,940,000 for operations plus $600,000 for the dashboard grant)

WHIO currently contracts with DHS and the Department of Employee Trust Funds to collect health care claims information from insurers and administrators

Bill provisions are void unless separate legislation requiring mandatory participation in WHIO (Senate Bill LRB-3683/1) is enacted during the 2025 legislative session
