Expands the Fast Forward Program administered by the Department of Workforce Development to include additional teacher preparation grant purposes

Adds eligibility for grants supporting programs that provide evidence-based educational training, leadership development, and on-site job experience for individuals pursuing teaching careers

Maintains existing grant eligibility for programs training teachers and individuals to become teachers, including dual enrollment programs

Amends Wisconsin Statutes section 106.27(1)(b)1 to create a new subsection for the expanded grant purposes
