Creates a new "farm to fork" grant program through DATCP to connect non-school entities with cafeterias (businesses, universities, hospitals) to local farms for sourcing locally produced foods, with $200,000 allocated annually for FY 2025-26 and 2026-27

Allocates $250,000 annually to the Department of Public Instruction to provide state matching funds for federal farm to school program grants under 42 USC 1769(g)(3)

Modifies the existing farm to school grant program to give preference to school districts with high percentages of students eligible for free or reduced-price meals under federal law

Increases DATCP farm to school grant appropriation by $16,800 for each of FY 2025-26 and 2026-27

Adds 1.0 FTE position at DATCP to administer the new farm to fork program, funded from the program's appropriation
