Prohibits criminal prosecution, fines, or imprisonment against a woman for the outcome of her own pregnancy, including stillbirth, miscarriage, abortion, or any pregnancy outcome not resulting in a live birth

Bars law enforcement officers and agencies from investigating a person as a crime suspect because of any pregnancy outcome they experienced

Requires law enforcement to obtain consent from the person whose pregnancy was affected before investigating crimes related to another person's pregnancy outcome

Prohibits state, county, city, village, town, and federal pass-through funds from being used to compensate investigations of persons as crime suspects based on their pregnancy outcomes

Excludes fetal tissue from pregnancy outcomes (other than live birth or stillbirth) from the definition of "corpse" for criminal penalties related to mutilating/hiding a corpse or concealing a child's death
