Appropriates $25,000,000 in general purpose revenue for each year of the 2025-27 fiscal biennium ($50 million total) to the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC)

Grants provide assistance to businesses opening a new location or expanding operations in vacant commercial spaces

WEDC must establish eligibility requirements substantially similar to those in effect on June 30, 2023, for the previous Wisconsin Tomorrow Main Street Bounceback Grant program (which was funded with federal ARPA dollars)

Nonprofit organizations are explicitly prohibited from receiving grants under this program
