Expands the list of locations where the Department of Justice must encourage display of human trafficking resource center hotline posters

Adds lodging establishments to the list, including hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts, tourist rooming houses, short-term rentals, and campgrounds

Adds premises serving alcoholic beverages under state liquor licenses to the list of encouraged poster locations

Adds tattoo establishments, job recruitment centers, and community-based residential facilities as locations for poster display

Requires public and private elementary and secondary schools to be encouraged to display posters in areas accessible only to adult staff members
