Department of Justice to administer grants to nonprofit organizations providing support services to human trafficking victims, including victim advocacy, safety planning, housing, substance use disorder treatment, medical/behavioral health, job training, and employment support

Appropriates $2,500,000 per biennium ($1,250,000 per fiscal year) for the grant program

Grant amounts capped at $125,000 per biennium for organizations providing housing services, or $50,000 per biennium for organizations providing only non-housing support services

Applicants must provide private matching funds equal to at least 50% of the grant amount and submit plans describing coordination with local law enforcement

DOJ must give preference to applicants with established law enforcement relationships, capability to provide licensed services, and (for housing providers) ability to serve the greatest number of victims
