Extends the statute of limitations for child trafficking victims to file civil lawsuits from 3 years after injury to any time before the victim reaches age 35

Allows child trafficking victims to bring civil actions regardless of whether anyone was prosecuted or convicted for the trafficking violation

Preserves existing civil remedies for both human trafficking and child trafficking victims, including actual damages, punitive damages up to treble actual damages, and reasonable attorney fees

Reorganizes trafficking civil action provisions into a new consolidated statute section (895.439) with separate subsections for human trafficking and child trafficking
