Requires the Department of Transportation to identify the Platteville Veteran's Memorial in the city of Platteville, Grant County, on state highway service maps and folded highway maps

Adds the memorial to the existing list of veterans memorials, homes, and museums that DOT must mark on official state maps

Applies to highway maps published after the effective date of the act
