Removes "personal conviction" as a valid reason to waive immunization requirements for students in Wisconsin schools, child care centers, and nursery schools

Maintains health-based and religious exemptions as the only allowable waivers from required vaccinations

Applies to immunizations for mumps, measles, rubella, diphtheria, whooping cough, poliomyelitis, tetanus, and other diseases specified by the Department of Health Services

Amends statutes 49.155 (1m) (br) and 252.04 (3) to strike "personal conviction" from the list of exemption reasons
