Prohibits the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) from quarantining animals belonging to species known to neither carry nor be susceptible to chronic wasting disease (CWD) based solely on CWD exposure

Specifically protects farm-raised fallow deer (species Dama dama) from quarantine based solely on CWD exposure incidents

Amends wild elk importation statutes (s. 29.753) to clarify CWD requirements apply only to provisions under ss. 95.20 and 95.55 (6)(a) and (b)

Maintains DATCP authority to quarantine animals suspected of actual CWD infection, but removes authority to quarantine CWD-resistant species based on exposure alone
