Adds "adoption" to the list of required subjects that must be taught when school boards offer human growth and development instructional programs in grades K-12

Currently, adoption resources are only a recommended (not required) topic alongside prenatal care and postnatal supports

School boards that provide any part of the recommended curriculum must now include adoption instruction in the same course and year

Amends Wisconsin statute 118.019 (2m)(e) to require instruction on adoption, parental responsibility, and socioeconomic benefits of marriage

Human growth and development programs remain optional for school boards to offer, but adoption instruction becomes mandatory if they do
