Elections Commission required to facilitate registration of all eligible electors using Department of Transportation records, with initial registration of all eligible voters to be completed by July 1, 2029

DOT must transfer personal information (name, address, date of birth, license/ID number, citizenship documentation) to the Elections Commission at least monthly for voter registration purposes

Driver's license and ID card applicants may opt out of having their information shared with the Elections Commission for automatic registration purposes

Individuals may request deletion from the voter registration list or permanent exclusion from automatic registration, with the ability to revoke such requests

Elections Commission must report to the legislature by July 1, 2028 on implementation progress and assess feasibility of integrating registration data with other state agencies including Health Services, Revenue, UW System, and technical colleges
