Removes the requirement that livestock premises registration information be submitted using standards and guidelines from the National Animal Identification Plan (NAIP) developed by the USDA's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service

Livestock keepers must still register their premises with the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection and report the type of livestock and livestock operation at each location

Designated as remedial legislation because the National Animal Identification Plan is no longer in effect

Amends section 95.51 (2) (b) 4. of the Wisconsin statutes
