Expands the Department of Justice's Office of School Safety to include Wisconsin technical colleges, requiring the office to create model campus safety practices, compile blueprints and critical mapping data, and offer staff training

Mandates each technical college district board establish and maintain a campus safety plan with individualized safety plans for each building, emergency procedures, and guidelines addressing violence, threats, fire, weather emergencies, and intruders

Requires district boards to conduct on-site safety assessments in consultation with local law enforcement before creating or updating campus safety plans, and to review/approve plans at least every 3 years

Technical colleges must submit blueprints or interactive critical mapping data to local law enforcement and the Office of School Safety, with annual campus safety plan filings required before January 1, 2027 and each January 1 thereafter

Makes technical colleges eligible for existing school safety grants from the Department of Justice for safety improvements, training, and interactive critical mapping data creation
